SPDigitalJourney provides Google Business Profile management, local SEO, website design and development, Meta and Google Ads setup, 360° Street View photography, branding, and related digital marketing services. Service descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines are estimates based on typical cases and may vary depending on each business situation.
Services involving Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any third-party platform are subject to that platform's own policies, algorithms, and review processes, which are entirely outside SPDigitalJourney's control. No guarantee is made of specific rankings, review removal, suspension reversal, ad approval, or any other outcome controlled by Google, Meta, or any other third party.
Revenue and ROI projections shown on this website (including any calculator tools) are estimates only, based on regional benchmarks and industry data. They are not commitments or guarantees of actual business results.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to relevant accounts (GBP, ad accounts, website hosting), and timely responses required to complete the engagement. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may affect delivery timelines without affecting payment obligations.
Upon full payment, deliverables such as website code, graphics, and content created specifically for the client become the client's property, except for any third-party assets, stock libraries, fonts, or tools used under their own separate licences. SPDigitalJourney retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
SPDigitalJourney's total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. SPDigitalJourney is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity, arising from use of services or from actions taken by third-party platforms.
Primary communication takes place via WhatsApp at +91 77994 23794. Response within 2 hours is targeted during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST). 24x7 ticket-based support is available for urgent issues as described on the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

To request a refund, contact SPDigitalJourney within 7 days of payment via:
Include your payment reference number, the service booked, and the reason for the refund request. SPDigitalJourney will respond within 2 business days with an assessment.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional days depending on the payment method used.
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle via WhatsApp or email. Work completed in the current billing cycle is non-refundable. No cancellation fees apply.
